Select your desired products and then click ADD TO CART to be directed through our secure online ordering process. There you can choose which shipping option you prefer. Make sure that you have submitted your shipping address to generate shipping options. Once you have thoroughly checked your cart, you can proceed to CHECKOUT.
You will receive an invoice via email confirming your order. Once we have processed and completed your order, you will receive a separate email with tracking. Sometimes these emails go into Spam boxes, so always check those before contacting us about tracking.
Please expect 1-2 business days for processing and shipping orders. These times may or may not increase during the holiday season. If you experience problems placing an order, please contact us at admin@freerpercussion.com.
When customers pay with a credit card (as opposed to their PayPal account) the order is “on hold” until we capture and process your order. Be assured we have your order and you do not need to take any further action. Once we process/complete your order you should receive an email letting you know. If your order is complete tracking info can be found at the bottom of that email.

PayPal® Payments Pro is the exclusive payment processor for Freer Percussion LLC. Though we use Paypal® as our secure payment gateway, as the customer, all you need is your credit card to make a purchase. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you already have a Paypal® account, then that works too of course!
Yes, absolutely. We currently use Paypal®, an industry leader, as our payment gateway. All transactions go directly through Paypal®, where they are securely encrypted and processed on their servers – Freer Percussion never sees or has access to your private financial information.
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Make sure you have submitted a shipping address to generate accurate shipping costs. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page before confirming your order.
We process orders M-F from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm EST, USA. Please expect 1-2 business days for the processing and shipment of orders. This time frame may or may not increase around the holidays and PASIC. Orders placed after 9 a.m. on Fridays will not be processed until the following week.
It is one of goals to keep shipping costs down as much as possible for all of our customers. That is why we offer both USPS and UPS shipping options. All of these options include tracking.
We do ship globally. For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country of origin.
Our shipment arrival dates are estimations given to us by UPS and USPS. We do not have control or influence on USPS or UPS shipping times, and we are not responsible for delays in shipping once packages are in route. During holiday seasons, please expect increased shipment times and delays.

Customers are responsible for ALL customs fees and taxes, and duty/import fees. If an order is placed and shipped, and the customs fees and taxes are refused by the customer, the customer will be held responsible for any and all return and restocking fees.
Yes, we do offer expedited shipping options through USPS and UPS. However, please remember that many factors can affect expediting shipping choices.
Freer Percussion is required to collect State sales tax on purchases shipped to addresses within Ohio. The Internet Tax Freedom Act does not require Freer Percussion to collect sales tax on transactions shipped out of Ohio. Order’s shipped to customers with non-Ohio addresses may be responsible for remitting Use tax, as it applies after the purchase is made and no sales tax was charged, directly to your State taxing authority. Check your local requirements.
Customers receive emails about the status of their orders. Also, customers can go to the Order Tracking page. This page allows you to search your orders and see their tracking information.
