NOT just another stick bag. The new Duo Bag is a thoughtful design that offers you far more than the many average “stick bags” on the market. All of them are essentially the same, some differences in size options but…with all the same problems.
It’s called the Duo Bag because it’s a stick bag AND a utility bag all in one. The removable stick caddy on the right side is a first of it’s kind. Taking a cue from our extremely popular Vert case with 5 separate removable pouches we incorporated this concept of organizational efficiency into our unique stick bag.
The creative design of the new Duo Bag makes it a better option in these five ways:
1. It’s big enough to handle a full size band folder, laptop, tablet and over 60 pairs of sticks and mallets. 2. It’s right side pouches are actually a removable stick caddy you can easily place on a trap table. 3. It’s right side pouches can be rotated 180 degrees to utilize space more efficiently as your duo bag gets more crowded. 4. It has the highest quality and most comfortable straps in the industry, designed with input from young students, teachers and professional players. 5. You can carry it like a stick case or as a backpack with plenty of room for everything you need.
For example you can use the removable stick caddy on the right side for timpani mallets only, so that they are isolated from the rest of your mallets. When you have to play timpani on one part of a rehearsal you have them all right there with your mufflers, tuning fork and pencil and can take that pouch over to the timpani with you. Or you can be super prepared for a service by putting only what you need in the right side removable stick pouches so that you can take it right out of the bag and put only the mallets you need on a trap table without fishing around for that five or seven pairs of mallets you need.
Playing keyboards on this rehearsal only? No problem, just isolate what you need for any rehearsal or performance in the right side caddy.
Got another rehearsal right after this one? No problem, get that right side caddy pre-set for your percussion ensemble rehearsal in advance.
Things getting overcrowded in your bag? No problem. Rotate the right side stick caddy 180 degrees so that you are using space more efficiently. This allows you to balance your space usage 50/50 with half of your mallets pointing up and half pointing down. You will get more in your bag, with less cramming and less stress to your mallets.
We knew you didn’t need another average stick bag, just a better designed and creative one. This bag will facilitate your ability to be more organized and more prepared especially in the fast paced world of University, conservatory and summer festival ensembles.
