Return Policy:
As a privately owned small business our customers are our number one priority. That is why we utilize the best designs, materials and craftsmanship for our products. Freer Percussion’s rigorous quality controls ensure that the products we deliver are expertly matched and in perfect new condition when they leave our facility.
We are not able to provide customers the opportunity to order mallets, try out and return or order multiple pairs of sticks or mallets to “sort through” the order; keep only one pair and return the rest. This practice drives up the costs considerably for everyone. We understand mistakes can happen. For example someone may accidentally order something they didn’t mean to leave in their shopping cart, damage can occur during shipping, or incorrect items were mailed. On these rare occasions we will always be reasonable with our customers and honor a return. All returns are at the discretion of Freer Percussion LLC. However, there are times when adjustments and returns are necessary. We will accept returns under the following circumstances:
A. Wrong item was delivered
B. Item(s) was damaged during shipping
C. Manufacturer defect/failure
Returns must be made within ten (10) business days of the invoice date for the continental U.S. and (15) business days of the invoice date for all other orders. We cannot accept returns after 30 days. Returns are not accepted on old product lines sold under previous suppliers and manufacturers. Returned items MUST be unused and in original unopened packaging.
To facilitate a return, email admin@freerpercussion.com for help. We will provide you with return shipping postage. Make sure products are packed well to ensure safe transit.

After we receive your items your item will be exchanged or your refund will be processed and a credit (less shipping charges) will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it can take 3-10 business days to post to your account.
Please note that music and materials from Freer Percussion Publications are non returnable and non refundable.
Cancel or Change Order:
Contact us immediately at admin@freerpercussion.com to cancel your order.
If your order has not been mailed we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Orders are processed quickly so your request may not be possible. However, we will work with you to reprocess the order in a timely fashion.
Shipping:
Shipping methods of USPS or UPS are the the preferred carriers for Freer Percussion LLC. Shipping arrival estimates are the estimates given to us by USPS and UPS, and we are not responsible for delays in shipping once the packages are out of our hands.
We process orders M-F from 9:00 am – 2:30 pm EST, USA. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Saturday delivery is an option. Please add a preference for Saturday delivery in Order Notes.
Freer Percussion and shipping carriers are not responsible for lost/delayed packages due to invalid or incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the customer. The cost of the shipping and products are solely the responsibility of the customer when the customer makes address entry mistakes. For packages returned to us, we can offer another attempt to deliver, but the costs are up to the customer to provide.
Hawaii & Alaska
Our online shipping calculator is for most standard size orders. We will remain in contact with you to ensure you receive accurate shipping information and for your approval prior to shipping.
International Shipping
For most items, you will get a close estimate during the checkout process (using the UPS Shipping Cost Calculator or USPS Shipping Cost Calculator). These are only estimates and do not include any Duty, VAT or country specific taxes or surcharges. Freer Percussion is not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional international fees that may be charged by your home country after the sale. It is the customer’s responsibility to check local regulations when buying exported goods. These fees are NOT INCLUDED in any product or shipping charges.
If an order is placed and shipped, and the customs fees and taxes are refused by the customer, the customer will be held responsible for any and all return and restocking fees. Handling fees may be applied to shipping costs to accommodate for generating shipments and customs paperwork.
Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address
Please be sure you provide us with your current/correct shipping address. If a package is undeliverable or if an address correction is needed due to a customer error, the customer will be responsible for all incurred fees and additional shipping charges. We cannot refund the cost of goods when the package has been lost in these cases.
